Tribe manager Eric Wedge after Saturday's game:
"That was one of our best all-around games this year. It was great to see us playing good baseball."
This, following a 5-4 win. A one-run win was one of the Tribe's best all-around games on the year. Wow.

Pretty much sums it up

In Wedge's defense the game was 5-2 heading into the ninth. A walk and then a home run by Miguel Cabrera put two on the board for Detroit. And then Wood decided to get people out and got the next three guys.
Pavano had a great night. The Indians had five doubles. It was a good game. A baserunning gaffe by Ben Francisco and Wood in the ninth were the low points I think.
